Ryan joined Equity in 2019 as a geologist before assuming a full-time project geologist role in 2022. He has experience working on various mineralization styles at advanced-stage exploration projects and producing mines.
Ryan brings an analytical mindset and a cooperative management style to all the projects he works on. He is a continuous learner who strives to apply past knowledge when problem solving and is particularly interested in exploration geochemistry.

Surface and underground definition drilling program management at an operating underground mine. Responsible for all aspects of the program from targeting to final data delivery.
RED CHRIS mine, BRITISH COLUMBIA, canada
Integrated field-based hyperspectral and XRF datasets into the core-logging process. Responsible for training and mentoring new geologists. Aided in refining the geological model.
coffee gold project, yukon, canada
Diamond and RC drill management, mapping, and core-logging. Oversaw sample shipments and pad inspections.
Dolly Varden Silver, british columbia, canada
Responsible for drill-management, core-logging, and mapping in rugged terrain. Defined potassic alteration haloes using portable XRF.
