Matt joined Equity in 2016 after many years of forestry in British Columbia and abroad, then worked his way up to Project Coordinator. From fly camp-based field sampling programs, to organizing core processing of six drills at an operating mine, to managing complex logistics of helicopter-supported field programs, Matt’s experience combines field savviness with organizational acumen. He was hired fulltime in 2022 and continues to combine his attention to detail with a determined drive for safe and productive operations.

Planned the logistics of a remote large fly camp-based multi-diamond drill program, supported and implemented the complex camp mobilization.
Big Red project, British Columbia, Canada
Planned and co-managed a logistically challenging, helicopter-supported diamond drill program, its camp and supporting operations in remote alpine terrain.
RED CHRIS MINE, British Columbia, Canada
Organized core processing, trained staff, and oversaw quality to ensure steady production in a brownfields exploration environment.
