After holding short-term supervisory roles on Equity field programs in BC and the Yukon, Kate joined the Equity team on a permanent basis in January 2018. Outside of the mineral exploration industry, Kate's previous experience in management and her understanding of effective organizational structure is a major asset for Equity in the continued growth of the company.

In addition to being an integral field leader on our larger exploration projects, Kate’s organizational skills and conscientious management style improve the fundamental ways Equity operates both in and out of the field, with a focus on health and safety.
