Designed and built the exploration database for the 9.6M oz Au resource. Designed and monitored QA/QC program for the 260,000 Feasibilty Study drilling campaign in 2012.
Migration of six legacy databases, from two active mines and a resource stage project, to a common data management platform. Totaling approximately 7k drillholes, 1M metres of logging, 400k samples and 100k surface points. Complete rebuild of drill and surface analytical database, importing over 8,000 original certificates.
Reviewed and cleaned up the existing drill database. Modified database structure to client's specifications and updated data capture templates for drilling at the Minto Mine in Yukon. Continue to maintain the company's geoscientific and mining databases and monitor QA/QC performance.
Rebuilt project database from original certificates for the auriferous VMS deposit in northwest Ontario. Undertook a complete QA/QC review of the project data, including 100% re-entry of paper survey slips. Managed the database and QA/QC through to production, and ran quarterly reconciliation against the resource model.
