Rachel started working for Equity in 2018 as a field assistant and quickly progressed to the position of Project Geologist, joining the team in a full-time capacity in 2021. Rachel’s experience during several term contracts with Equity gave her exposure to projects in BC and Finland at a range of project development.

Rachel’s passion for geology combined with her strong people management skills make her an adaptable and effective leader and continue to motivate her as she expands her exploration skillset.

Significant Projects

RED CHRIS MINE, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA

Co-managing drill rigs and core shack during brownfields exploration, resource development and geotechnical drilling on four to eight drill programs. Geologically and geotechnically logged 10,000+ meters of diamond drill core.

KEMESS MINE, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA

Part of the exploration team during helicopter supported diamond drilling program. Responsible for core logging and assisted with managing core shack, diamond drill rigs and geological mapping.
