Dan joined Equity in 2017 following 15+ years managing gold and copper exploration projects throughout British Columbia, Yukon, Nunavut, Alaska, Nevada, Australia and Serbia.

An important aspect of Dan's expertise and his approach to mineral exploration is his belief in developing exploration programs based on a thorough understanding of the fundamental geological controls, events and processes of ore formation.

Significant Projects

KEMESS Project, British Columbia, canada

Porphyry Au-Cu project. Designed relogging and core logging program to define porphyry intrusion, vein, alteration, mineralization types and paragenesis. Drill hole targeting based upon relogging program and analysis of alteration mineralogy defined, core logging, geochemistry, and SWIR analysis. Collaborated to define porphyry system architecture.

Chuchi project, british Columbia, Canada

Porphyry Au-Cu project. Designed relogging and core logging program to define porphyry intrusion, vein, alteration, mineralization definitions and paragenesis. Drill hole targeting based upon surface mapping and relogging programs. Consolidated historical drill data and put together geological understanding of prospect in district and regional context.

Berg Project, British Columbia, Canada

Porphyry Cu-Mo-Ag project. Designed surface mapping, sampling, and lithogeochemical modeling programs to generate drill targets. Targeting defined new mineralized porphyry Cu-Mo-Ag in drilling.

MAX Project, British columbia, canada

Porphyry Au-Cu project. Designed surface RC drilling program to refine Au-Cu target under cover. Targeting defined new Au-Cu target under glacial till cover in RC drilling.
